Transparency and Care

At Body & Soul Retreat our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

Please note:

* We are using different blends of oil : Almond, Grape, Essential oils, Baby oil.

* If you like us to use any other than baby oil, please inform therapist before the treatment starts.

* If you like to shower before your session, please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before; If you will arrive late we will deduct that time from your treatment.

* Hour massage takes between 50-55 minutes. If you would like to have a shower after the treatment the therapist will finish session after 50 min;

* If you would like to be dried with hot towel, then session will be continued for 55 minutes;

*If you would like to cancel your appointment we require 1h cancellation notice.
